Workshops w/ Sasja Lee

  • 12:00p - Static Revolution (All Levels)

    • Want to fly like Sasja Fierce? Spinning on static has become a lost art. This workshop will concentrate on learning how to use your grip to the advantage of your spin, creating flow and beautiful spins on static in order to move effortlessly, laterally and vertically on the pole.

Recommended to have taken at least 4-5 pole classes.

  • 1:45p - Power Architecture II (Level 4.5+)

    • Raise the bar! Unearth the technique that allows you to defy gravity with confidence. This intensive primes you for aerial cartwheels, flips, grip switches, hand balancing, Kamikaze and overall dynamic movement.

Prerequisites: Aerial Inverts, Aerial Shoulder Mounts, Ayesha in all grips (may be flexible in this but should be confident in at least 2)

  • 3:30p - Power Architecture I (Level 2.5+)

    • Be fearless and in control of your movement. Learn proper conditioning techniques to prepare and propel your aerial tricks. From earth based inverts to air, you will form a bond with true muscle engagement and stability. (Preparation for floor and aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, press ups, brass monkey and deadlifts, including grip variations for all of the above.)

Participants should be working on inversions and leg hangs to take this class.

Workshops w/ Maggie Ann

  • 1:45p - Base Taste (All Levels)

    • This workshop is all about low-flow movement in small, digestible chunks. We’ll explore short transitions, grounded tricks, and basework sequences that live in the bottom third of the pole. These mini movements are made to stand alone or layer into something bigger.

Participants should have taken at least 4-5 pole classes.

  • 3:30p - Static Descents (Level 3+)

    • This workshop focuses on descending the pole using techniques like static rotation, tumbles, releases, and more.

Participants should be comfortable with laybacks and leg hangs to take this class.

  • 5:15p - Signature Tricks (Level 4+)

    • This workshop is all about some of my favorite spin pole transitions which include ayeshas, elbow grips, knee holds, footmounts, and more.

Participants should be working or or confident in the above listed skills.
